Two years after initiating a closer integration with formal law alliance (FLA) partner, Prolegis LLC in Singapore, the relationship is thriving. The integration has significantly enhanced the firm’s offering, providing clients with seamless access to comprehensive Singapore law services.

Prolegis bolstered its expertise, beginning with the hire of Adrian Wong as Head of Projects and the secondment of Victor Chiew into its corporate and M&A practice.
In 2023, Daniel Chia was hired to establish Prolegis’ litigation practice along with directors Yanguang Ker, deputy head of litigation, and Jonathan Tang, head of restructuring and insolvency.
The teams have expanded Prolegis’ capability and complimented the firm’s services in Singapore and regionally, including its focus on energy, technology and private capital.
