Bao Hui specialises in project development, construction and energy related matters. She collaborates closely with key stakeholders, including government entities, developers, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate project development across the value chain. She also has expertise in advising on renewable energy projects, project financing, acquisition financing, and green and sustainability-linked financing.
Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Prolegis, Bao Hui was part of a Band 1 ranked banking and finance practice in one of Singapore’s largest law firms. Bao Hui’s experience includes secondment to the project finance team at a local bank in Singapore.
